nice room pleasant pool relaxing lounge
I liked the nice room. The pool was equally pleasant. I especially enjoyed the food and the lounge. It was really relaxing.
The minibar wasn't refilled daily.

The outdoor pool area had plenty of sun loungers . There was a well-equipped fitness center that included treadmills and weights. The business center provided computer access and printing services. This was quite convenient for me.

reservation difficulty buffet quality
My recent visit showed a few areas needing attention. Securing a reservation proved unexpectedly difficult. The process involved extended wait times on calls. the bathtub drain was clogged, a real inconvenience. I requested a change from the buffet breakfast to dinner and pay the difference, but this request was denied due to policy. I found the breakfast buffet quality underwhelming.

clean room attentive staff good pressure
i appreciated the very clean room with a comfortable bed. the hotel staff were attentive. i liked having a modern bathroom with good water pressure.
the gym didn't open till 7 am, i prefer it opens at 6 am.

smooth check in accommodating staff relaxing view
My check in was very smooth. I found the staff at Vista accommodating during breakfast. The room upgrade by Sakshi at the front office was really appreciated. I enjoyed a relaxing view from the room window on the 23rd floor.
Rooms could benefit from updates, including unified paint and cleaned baseboards.

Staff members displayed collaboration from the entrance to the reception, with room cleaning personnel delivering top tier service. The reception was effective, and all employees were helpful with my requests, showing a commitment to guest satisfaction. Vasanti, working as an office executive in the lobby, was helpful during check out.

delicious options clean pool
The breakfast buffet included many delicious options. The variety was great (especially the pastries!) and I really enjoyed my meal. I also appreciated the prompt service from the staff. The pool area was very clean and well kept. There were ample loungers available .
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.
